Ooooooh, choosing university courses sucks.
Going into my second year at SFU and the second year enrollment date was ridiculously late meaning I got none of the classes I wanted.
I ended up w/ a women's studies, humanities, and history.
I WAS enrolled in a French course but it was for grade 10 french or less... while i got an A in grade 12 French. So I had to drop that particular class leaving me w/ only 3 courses. My issue w/ French is that, since I haven't taken it in over a year b/c I couldn't get into it first year, I forget everything... so if I start where I left off it would most likely be a train wreck.
So I've waitlisted for a communications class (I'm in 91st position... AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN) and a beginners Italian course b/c what the heck. I'm hoping that it really IS beginners or else I am screwed indeed.
In better news... trip to San Fran! WOOHOO!
Cannot wait to visit Alcatraz at night... maybe I'll have a ghostly encounter! haha
On our way there, we are visiting the Oregon coast and the California redwoods. The towns we are staying in are old and very quaint with little boutiques and victorian-style building and whatnot.
Really looking forward to it!
